Justin Bieber has his own line of nail polish?  And it’s now sold OUT?

Apparently, One Less Lonely Girl nail lacquer shades, inspired by the pint-size pop star, are now all the rage.  Well, with the tween set anyway.  Since arriving on store shelves around December, it’s become a must-have, er, must-WEAR.  That is, if you can get your mitts on it, uh, to get it on your mitts.

Nicole by Opi, the makers of the nail polish, just announced yesterday that they’re upping the ante … tripling the number of bottles in production to meet consumer demand.  (Finally, a company that realizes you don’t come between a girl and her nail polish.)

With puberty-friendly names like “One Time Lime”, “Prized Possession Purple” and “Make You Smile”, the line is making a splash with fingertips from coast to coast.  Even Canadians are clamoring over the 14 different shades in the collection.  Said Kylia (via Opi’s website):  “can you plz bring this to walmart in canada becuz i love jb and i cant go to the usa my mom said so plz bring them to walmart in canada thank you”  (Apparently, Canadian teens haven’t discovered punctuation yet, but won’t it be exciting when they do?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Want to know the best-selling shade?  It’s Step 2 the Beat of My Heart, a heart-filled glitter hue.  Perfect to wear when you go see Bieber’s new 3-D movie this weekend Never Say Never.  And it’s even better to wear on Valentine’s Day when you’re daydreaming about Bieber’s bangs and boyish charm.

The shades are a little on the spendy side, averaging around $12 a bottle.  But, fortunately for everyone involved, theOne Less Lonely Girl Collection Is helping Justin raise awareness and funds for a nonprofit organization close to Justin’s heart, called Pencils of Promise (PoP).  PoP helps to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world.    (Props, but I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.  Since when did 10-year old harlots become civic-minded.  Come on!)

I just looked down at my hands and realized I’m in desperate need of a manicure.  I’m sure I can score a couple unopened bottles of Bieber’s polish on the black market.  Guess where I’m going tomorrow?  Who’s with me?
